A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN ALL AGREEMENTS
WITHIN CYCLE 4 OF THE STATE- LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP
PROGRAM AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5068, BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
REDDING AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redding hereby
authorizes and directs the Mayor of the City of Redding, or his designated
representative, to sign all Program Supplement Agreements associated with State-Local
Transportation Partnership Program Agreement No. SLTPP-5068, Cycle 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
attest the signature of the Mayor, or his designated representative, and to impress the
official seal of the City of Redding thereon.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 6th day of April ,
1993, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
