HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 93-020 - Accepting Maintenance & Operation Fox Estates Ct in the Churn Creek Estates Subdivision RESOLUTION NO. 7 3"2-0 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION FOX ESTATES COURT IN THE CHURN CREEK ESTATES SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in the Churn Creek Estates Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that Fox Estates Court in said Subdivision be accepted into the City street system at this time for maintenance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, Fox Estates Court in the Churn Creek Estates Subdivision be and hereby is accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City.
