HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 94-151 - Rescinding Reso 94-67 as of 06/04/94 & establish new Executive Mgmt Pay for Performance Effective 06/05/94 i RESOLUTION NO. 94- IS A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 94-67 AS OF MIDNIGHT, JUNE 4, 1994, AND ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JUNE 5, 1994. WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 94-67; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that a new Executive Management Pay- for-Performance Salary Plan for unrepresented employees be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective June 5, 1994, in order to accomplish the annual adjustment of the pay-for-performance ranges; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 94-67 be rescinded as of midnight, June 4, 1994; and that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, effective June 5, 1994. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th day of June, 1994, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: P.
