Home My WebLink AboutReso 94-067 - Rescinding Reso 93-327 as of midnight, April 9, 1994, & establlishing a new executive mgmt pay for performance sallary effective 04/10/94 RESOLUTION NO. 94- 6,7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 93-327 AS OF MIDNIGHT, APRIL 9, j 1994, AND ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN EFFECTIVE APRIL 10, 1994. WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 93-327; and WHEREAS, the Electric Utility has recommended that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective April 10, 1994, to add a new classification of Electric Utility Demand Side Projects Manager and delete the Electric Utility Demand Side Management Coordinator position; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 93-327 be rescinded as of midnight, April 9, 1994; and that a new Executive Management Pay-far-Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, effective April 10, 1994.
