HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 94-249 - Rescinding Reso 94-242 as of Midnight, 08/27/94 and establishing a new executive mgmt pay for perf salary plan for unrepresented effective 08/28/94 RESOLUTION NO. 94-,21/� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 94-242 AS OF MIDNIGHT, AUGUST 27, 1994, AND ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE AUGUST 28, 1994. WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 94-242; and WHEREAS, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Report to City Council, the Electric Department has recommended that the classification of Electric Utility System Operator be deleted from the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan, and added to the Employee Classification Schedule and Salary Plan for unrepresented employees; and WHEREAS, the Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation, effective August 28, 1994; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council that Resolution No. 94-242 be rescinded as of midnight, August 27, 1994; and that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, effective August 28, 1994, to delete the classification of Electric Utility System Operator.
