A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION
ALL OF TENAYA COURT LOCATED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES
OF LOT SPLIT NO. LS-7-93 .
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has advised
that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed on that portion of Tenaya
Court located within the boundaries of Lot Split 7-93, and has recommended that
said portion of Tenaya Court be accepted into the City street system for
maintenance and operation by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be
in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council, pursuant to the
authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code,
that all of Tenaya Court located within the boundaries of Lot Split 7-93 (shown
crosshatched on the map attached hereto) be and hereby is accepted into the City
street system for maintenance and operation by the City.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 1st day of Novembex
1994, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: P. Anderson, Kehoe, McGeorge, Murray and R. Anderson
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
