A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 94-91 BY REPEALING EXHIBITS A-2, A-3, AND A-4, AND ADDING
NEW EXHIBITS A-2, A-3, AND A-4 TO DELETE THE CLASSIFICATIONS OF HOUSING
SUPERVISOR-PROGRAMS AND RENTALS AND HOUSING SUPERVISOR-REHAB, AND ADD A
NEW CLASSIFICATION OF HOUSING PROGRAM SUPERVISOR.
REDDING EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATION OF THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION
SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES' UNIT
WHEREAS, on April 13, 1994, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 94-91
approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Redding and the
Supervisory Employees' Unit of the Redding Employees Organization of the Service
Employees International Union; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Personnel Department, as set forth in
the accompanying Report to City Council, that Exhibits A-2, A-3, and A-4 to the MOU
be amended to delete the classifications of Housing Supervisor-Programs and Rentals
and Housing Supervisor-Rehab, and add a new classification, Housing Program
Supervisor, to Exhibit A-2 effective October 23, 1994, Exhibit A-3 effective July 2,
1995, and Exhibit A-4 effective July 1, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the representatives of the bargaining unit are in agreement with this
recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Council hereby concurs with said
recommendation, and directs that the Memorandum of Understanding be amended by
repealing Exhibits A-2, A-3, and A-4, and adding new Exhibits A-2, A-3, and A-4 as
attached hereto to delete the classifications of Housing Supervisor-Programs and
Rentals and Housing Supervisor-Rehab, and add a new classification, Housing Program
Supervisor to Exhibit A-2 effective October 23, 1994, Exhibit A-3 effective July 2,
1995, and Exhibit A-4 effective July 1, 1996.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 1st
day of November, 1994, by the following vote:
