HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 94-343 - COR Accepting for Maintenance & Operation Lynbrook Loop in the Stillwater Heights Subdivision, Unit 2 RESOLUTION NO. 94-;73 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION LYNBROOK LOOP IN THE STILLWATER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2. WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in Unit 2 of the Stillwater Heights Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that Lynbrook Loop in said Subdivision be accepted into the City street system at this time for maintenance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the City to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that, pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, Lynbrook Loop in Unit 2 of the Stillwater Heights Subdivision be and hereby is accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 6th day of December , 1994, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: P.
