RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNEXATION MAP NO. 2 OF
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 1992-1
CITY OF REDDING, COUNTY OF SHASTA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The City Council of the City of Redding resolves:
A map entitled "Annexation Map No. 2 of Community Facilities District No.
1992-1 , City of Redding, County of Shasta, State of California" has been filed with
the City Clerk.
This Council approves the map and adopts the boundaries shown on the map
as describing the extent of the territory to be annexed to existing Community
Facilities District No. 1992-1, City of Redding, County of Shasta, State of
California.
This Council finds that the map is in the form and contains the matters
prescribed by Section 3110 of the California Streets and Highways Code.
This Council directs the City Clerk to certify the adoption of this resolution
on the face of the map, and to file a copy of the map with the County Recorder for
placement in the Book of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Redding, Shasta County, California, at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the 3rd day of January, 1995.
