RESOLUTION NO. 95-�
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 95-42 AS OF MIDNIGHT, FEBRUARY 25, 1995; AND ESTABLISHING
A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN FOR
UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 26, 1995.
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-
Performance Plan established by Resolution No. 95-42; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Personnel has recommended that a new Executive
Management Pay-for-Performance Plan be implemented effective February 26, 1995, with
the following change: add the classification of Secretary to the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to
adopt such recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that Resolution No.
95-42 be rescinded as of midnight, February 25, 1995; and a new Management Pay-for-
Performance Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof, effective February 26, 1995.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th
day of March, 1995, by the following vote:
