HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 95-061 - REO - Amending Exhibits, B-2, B-3 and B-4, to MOU to delete classification of Admin Assistant to CM RESOLUTION NO. 95-_L[ REDDING EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATION OF THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNIT CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES' UNIT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING EXHIBITS B-2, B-3, AND B-4 TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING TO DELETE THE CLASSIFICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CITY MANAGER. WHEREAS, on April 18, 1994, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 94-92 approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Redding and the Confidential Employees' Unit of the Redding Employees Organization of the Service Employees International Union; and WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Director of Personnel, as set forth in the accompanying Report to City Council, that Exhibits B-2, B-3, and B-4 to the MOU be amended by deleting the classification of Administrative Assistant to the City Manager effective midnight, February 25, 1995; and WHEREAS, the representatives of the bargaining unit are in agreement with this recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council concurs with said recommendation, and directs that Exhibits B-2, B-3, and B-4 to the MOU be amended by deleting the classification of Administrative Assistant to the City Manager effective midnight, February 25, 1995. Copies of the new Exhibits are attached and made a part hereof, effective on the following dates: B-2 effective February 26, 1995; B-3 effective July 2, 1995; and B-4 effective July 1, 1996. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th day of March, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: P.
