A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ESTABLISHING A
NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PIAN FOR
UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE MARCH 12, 1995, TO DELETE THE
CLASSIFICATION OF CIVIL ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE AND AMEND THE SALARY OF THE
CITY ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for-
Performance Plan established by Resolution 95-60; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Personnel has recommended that a new Executive
Management Pay-for-Performance Plan be implemented effective March 12, 1995, with the
following changes: delete the classification of Civil Engineering Associate, and
amend the salary for the City Attorney to read $8,375; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to
adopt such recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that Resolution 95-60
be rescinded as of midnight, March 11, 1995; and a new Management Pay-for-Performance
Salary Plan be established as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made .a part
hereof, effective March 12, 1995.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 4th
day of April, 1995, by the following vote:
