Home My WebLink AboutReso 95-131 - Rescinding Reso 95-091 as of midnight 07/01/95 & establishing a new Executve Mgmt pay for perf salary plan for unrepresented Emp 07/02/95 & 06/30/96 RESOLU'T'ION NO. 95- J 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 95-091 AS OF MIDNIGHT, JULY 1, 1995, AND ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JULY 2, 1995, AND JUNE 30, 1996 WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Salary Plan for Unrepresented Employees established by Resolution No. 95-091; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that a new Executive Management Pay- for-Performance Salary Plan for Unrepresented Employees be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective July 2, 1995, and Exhibit "B" attached hereto, effective June 30, 1996, in order to accomplish the annual adjustments of the salary ranges; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 95-091 be rescinded as of midnight, July 1, 1995; and that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan for Unrepresented Employees be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective July 2, 1995, and Exhibit 'B" attached hereto, effective June 30, 1996. 1 HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 6th day of June, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: P.
