HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 95-133 - Establishing new schedule of Part-time emp Classifications & wage rates/ranges for Unrepresented Emp Eff 07/02/95 and 06/30/96 � ' , ' � � RESOLUTION NO. 95- /3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ESTABLISHING A NEW SCHEDULE OF PART- TIME EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES/RANGES FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE NLY 2, 1995, AND JUNE 30, 1996 WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Schedule of Part-Time Employee Classifications and Wage Rates/Ranges for Unrepresented Employees; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that a new Schedule of Part-Time Employee Classifications and Wage Rates/Ranges for Unrepresented Employees be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, effective July 2, 1995, and Exhibit "B" attached hereto, effective June 30, 1996, in order to accomplish the annual adjustments of the salary ranges; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that a new Schedule of Part-Time Employee Classifications and Wage Rates/Ranges for Unrepresented Employees be established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,effective July 2, 1995, and Exhibit "B" attached hereto, effective June 30, 1996.
