Home My WebLink AboutReso 2020-143 - Approving Adj to UPEOC, Local 792 - Tech Emp Unit SOC & Salary Ranges Effective 11/15/20 RESOLUTION NO. 2020-143 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING ADJUSTMENT TO THE UNITED PUBLIC EMPLOYEES OF CALIFORNIA, LOCAL 792 — TECHNICAL EMPLOYEES UNIT SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARY RANGES/HOURLY WAGE RATES, (NON-EXEMPT AND EXEMPT) EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 15,2020 WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the United Public Employees of California, Local 792 — Technical Employees Unit (UPEC Technical Unit)—Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges/Hourly Wage Rates (Non-Exempt and Exempt) be amended, effective November 15, 2020; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the United Public Employees of California, Local 792 — Technical Employees Unit (UPEC Technical Unit)—Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges/Hourly Wage Rates (Non- Exempt and Exempt) be amended, effective November 15, 2020.
