, ' � • RESOLUTION NO. 95-�7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1995, AND JUNE 30, 1996. WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Plan for unrepresented employees established by Resolution 95-131; and WHEREAS, the Director of Administrative Services has recommended that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan for unrepresented employees be established as set forth in Exhibit A effective July 2, 1995, and Exhibit B effective June 30, 1996, in order to adjust the City Manager's salary; change the title of the Director of Finance to Finance Officer; delete the title of Assistant Finance Director; and change the title of the Director of Personnel to Human Resources Manager; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that Resolution 95-131 be rescinded as of midnight, July 1, 1995; and a new Management Pay-for- Performance Salary Plan for unrepresented employees be established as set forth in Exhibits A and B, effective July 2, 1995, and June 30, 1996, respectively. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the lst day of August, 1995, by the following vote: _ AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: x.
