' • • 4 RESOLUTION NO. 9 s- 2 5 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING EXHIBITS A-3 AND B-3 TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDDING AND THE REDDING EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATION OF THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION: CLERICAL, TECHNICAL, AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES' UNIT. V�IHEREAS, on April 18, 1994, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 94-93 approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Redding and the Clerical, Technical, and Professional Employees' Unit of the Redding Employees Organization of the Service Employees International Union; and WHEREAS, the Exhibits to the MOU have been amended from time-to-time; and WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Human Resources Manager, in her accompanying Report to City Council, that Exhibits A-3 and B-3 to the MOU be further amended as follows, and the representatives of the bargaining unit are in agreement: Exhibit A-3: (a) Adding the classifications of Reprographics Technician I, 22 and 222, Computer Equipment Technician, and Computer Network Specialist; and (b) Deleting the classifications of Museum Store Coordinator, Cable Access Studio Technician, Exhibits Coordinator, Offset Press Operator, and Secretary to Electric Utility Commission; Exhibit B-3: (a) Changing the salary range of the Geographic Information Systems Coordinator; (b) Adding the classification of Computer Network Administrator; and (c) Deleting the classifications of Museum Development Officer, Museum Preparator, and Science Museum Curator; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the MOU be amended by repealing existing Exhibits A-3 and B-3 as of midnight, November 18, 1995; and adding new Exhibits A-3 and B-3, copies of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, effective November 19, 1995. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 21st day of November, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: covNciL MEMBERS: P.
