HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 95-254 - Amending Exh A-3 & A-4 to MOU Between COR & REO of the Serv Empl Internation Unoin: Supervisory Empl Unit i . � � RESOLUTION NO. 9 s-2 5 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING EXHIBITS A-3 AND A-4 TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDDING AND THE REDDING EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATION OF THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION: SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES' UNIT. WHEREAS, on April 13, 1994, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 94-91 approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Redding and the Supervisory Employees' Unit of the Redding Employees Organization of the Service Employees International Union; and WHEREAS, the Exhibits to the MOU have previously been amended; and WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Human Resources Manager, in her accompanying Report to City Council, that Exhibits A-3 and A-4 to the MOU be further amended by adding the classification of Reprographics Supervisor and deleting the classification of Print Shop Supervisor; and WHEREAS, the representatives of the bargaining unit are in agreement with this recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the MOU be amended by repealing existing Exhibits A-3 and A-4 as of midnight, November 18, 1995; and adding new Exhibits A-3 and A-4, copies of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, effective November 19, 1995, and June 30, 1996, respectively.
