• � RESOLUTION NO. 95-� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII, OF TI� CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN SCHEDULES FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES BY DELETING THE CLASSIFICATION OF "CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL SPECIALIST." WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Human Resources Manager, in her accompanying Report to City Council, that the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan schedules for unrepresented employees be amended to delete the classification of "Cross-Connection Control Specialist"; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that Resolution No. 95-177 be rescinded as of midnight, November 4, 1995; and new Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan schedules for unrepresented employees, in which the classification of "Cross-Connection Control Specialist" is deleted, be established as set forth in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof, effective November 5, 1995, and June 30, 1996, respectively.
