RESOLUTION NO. 96-�
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDDING RETAINING THE BUILDING PERMIT FEE
SCHEDULES SET FORTH IN THE 1991 EDITION OF THE
UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
WHEREAS, the current City of Redding building permit fee schedules are set forth in the
1991 edition of the Uniform Administrative Code, and are set forth in the following tables attached
hereto and made a part hereof:
Table 3-A Building Permit Fees
Table 3-B Electrical Permit Fees
Table 3-C Mechanical Permit Fees
Table 3-D Plumbing Permit Fees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is in the process of updating its Uniform Codes, but wishes to
retain the building permit fee schedules set forth in the 1991 edition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redding
hereby approves retaining the building permit fee schedules set forth in the 1991 edition of the
Uniform Administrative Code, and adopts said fees as the building permit fees for the City of
Redding.

regular meeting of the City Council on the 2nd day of Januarv, 1996, by the following vote:

For new multiple-family residential buildings (apartments and condominiums)
having three or more living units not including the area of garages, carports,
and other noncommercial automobile storage areas constructed at the same
