HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 96-091 - Amending the Executive Mgmt Pay-For-Perf Salary Plan Schedules for Unrepresented Employees by Adding the Classification of "Economic Development/Asset Mgr" . • � RESOLUTION NO. 96-� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY- FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN SCHEDULES FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES BY ADDING THE CLASSIFICATION OF "ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT/ASSET MANAGER." W�IEREAS, it is the recommendation of the City Manager, in his accompanying Report to City Council, that the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan schedules for unrepresented employees be amended to add the classification of "Economic Development/Asset Manager"; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'I'RESOLVED by the City Council that the salary plan schedules forming part of Resolution No. 95-241 be rescinded as of midnight, May 4, 1996; and that new Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan schedules for unrepresented employees, in which the classification of "Economic Development/Asset Manager" is added, be established as set forth in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof, effective May 5 and June 30, 1996, respectively.
