HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 96-196 - Establishing new Executive Mgmt Pay-For-Perf Salary Plan for Unrepresented Empl Eff 11-03-96 ' • � • � RESOLUTION NO. 96- I�j�n A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ESTABLISHING A NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES, EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 3, 1996. WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Plan for unrepresented employees established by Resolution 96-146; and WHEREAS, the Human Resources Manager has recommended that a new Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Plan for unrepresented employees be established as set forth in E�ibit A effective November 3, 1996, in order to change the salary range for the Building Official classification; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that Resolution 96-146 be rescinded as of midnight, November 2, 1996, and a new Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Plan for unrepresented employees be established as set forth in Exhibit A, effective November 3, 1996. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regulax meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the Sth day of November, 1996, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: P.
