HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 96-195 - Amending Exhibit A-4 to the Memorandum of Understanding between the COR & the REO of the Service Empl International Union- Supervisory Emp Unit . . - • • RESOLUTION NO. 96- /�s A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING EXF-IIBIT A-4 TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDDING AND THE REDDING EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATION OF THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION: SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES' UNIT. WHEREAS, on April 13, 1994, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 94-91 approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Redding and the Supervisory Employees' Unit of the Redding Employees Organization of the Service Employees International Union; and WHEREAS, the Exhibits to the MOU have been amended from time-to-time; and WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Human Resources Manager, in his accompanying Report to the City Council, that E�ibit A-4 to the MOU be further amended as follows, and the representatives of the bargaining unit are in agreement: (a) Add the classification of Permit Center Supervisor; and (b) Retitle the existing Senior Building Inspector classification to Building Inspection Supervisor; NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the MOU be amended by repealing existing Exhibit A-4 as of midnight, November 2, 1996; and adding new Exhibit A-4, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, effective November 3, 1996.
