has advised the City Council that after the Proposed Easement is dedicated to the City as set forth in
paragraph C, the Areas of Abandonment will not be needed for public use;
E. The Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the proposed abandonment,
and at the conclusion of the hearing recommended that the Areas of Abandonment be abandoned
after the Proposed Easement is dedicated to the City of Redding, improved, and opened for play;
