HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2020-107 - Approving Adj to Redding Independent Empl Org - Clerical, Tech, & Professional Unit & Supervisory Eff 08-23-20 RESOLUTION NO. 2020-107 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING ADJUSTMENT TO THE REDDING INDEPENDENT EMPLOYEES' ORGANIZATION — CLERICAL, TECHNICAL, AND PROFESSIONAL UNIT AND SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL NON- EXEMPT AND EXEMPT SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND HOURLY WAGE RATES, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 23, 2020 WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the Redding Independent Employees' Organization — Clerical, Technical and Professional Unit and Supervisory/Confidential Unit Non-Exempt and Exempt Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates be amended, effective August 23, 2020; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Redding Independent Employees' Organization — Clerical, Technical and Professional Unit and Supervisory/Confidential Unit Non-Exempt and Exempt Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates be amended, effective August 23, 2020. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 18th day of August, 2020, by the following vote: AYES:
