HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 98-131 - Amending the Executive Mgmt Pay-For-Perf Salary Plan, Eff 09-06-98 . y • • RESOLUTION NO. 98-_�/ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 6, 1998. WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Executive Management Pay-for- Performance Salary Plan, as previously amended by Resolution 98-1 19; and WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director has recommended that the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan for unrepre5ented employees be further amended as set forth in Exhibit A, effective September 6, 1998, in order to increase the salary range for the Deputy.Fire Chief classification; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT 1S HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan for unrepresented employees be amended, as set forth in E�ibit A, effective September 6, 1998. 1 HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 1 st day of September, 1998, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Anderson, Cibula, Kight and Kehoe NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: McGeorge ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None / �/ DAVID A.
