A RESOLl1TION OF THE CITY COUNCiL OF' THE CITY OF
REDD[NG RELEASING THE ABATEMEN'T PROCEEDINGS ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 703 LELAND COURT.
WHEREAS:
l. "The City Council, on August 19'''. 1997, adopted Resolution of Intention 97-132 to begin legal
proceedings of abatement uncler former Municipal Code Ch�pter 9.36 ��n d1e re�l property located at 703
Leland Court, Redding, currently owned by Greg Berglund.
2. The real property is more particularly described in Exhibit A, made a part hereof by ref'erence.
3. The public nuisance identified in the resolution has been abated by the curre��t owner to the satisfaction
of the Building Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council that the legal proceedings of
abatement on the above �roperty be discontinued; and that the City Clerk is directed to cause a certified copy
of this resolutio��, attested by the Clerk under seal, to be recorded in the oi'F�ice ofi the Shast� County
Assessor/Recorder.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced, read and adopteci at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the I" day of December, 1998, by the following vote:
