Code §6103 RECORDING FE��— AYN 112-250-03 RESOLUTION NO. 98- /5 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RELEASING THE ABATEMENT PROCEEDINGS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 40 HILLTOP DRIVE. WHEREAS: 1. The City Council, on June 4, 1996, adopted Resolution of Intention 96-ll3 to begin legal proceedings of abatement under farmer Municipal Code Chapter 9.36 on the real property located at 40 Hilltop Drive, Redding, formerly owned by Lois Marsh and currently owned by Tri-Counties Bank. 2. The real property is more particularly described in E�ibit A, made a part hereof by reference. 3. The public nuisance identi�ed in the resolution has been abated by the current owner to the satisfaction of the Building Division. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council that the legal proceedings of abatement on the above property be discontinued; and that the City Clerk is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution, attested by the Clerk under seal, to be recorded in the office of the Shasta County Assessor/Recorder.
