Code §6103 APN 112-280-09 RECORDING fEE b RESOLUTION NO. 98- /S(o A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RELEASING THE ABATEMENT PROCEEDINGS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 483 NORTH MARKET STREET. WHEREAS: 1. The City Council, on December 3, 1996, adopted Resolution of Intention 96-217 to begin legal proceedings of abatement under former Municipal Code Chapter 9.36 on the real property located at 483 North Market Street, Redding, formerly owned by Servillano Castillejos and currently owned by Albert and Theresa Moore. 2. The real property is more particularly described in Eachibit A, made a part hereof by reference. 3. The public nuisance identified in the resolution has been abated by the current owner to the satisfaction of the Building Division. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council that the legal proceedings of abatement on the above property be discontinued; and that the City Clerk is directed to cause a certi�ied copy of this resolution, attested by the Clerk under seal, to be recorded in the office of the Shasta County Assessor/Recorder.
