Code §6103 �ECORDING FEE S APN 102-010-18 and 19 RESOLUTION NO. 98- /.�.5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RELEASING THE ABATEMENT PROCEEDINGS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 928-942 YUBA STREET. WHEREAS: 1. The City Council, on June 3, 1997, adopted Resolution of Intention 97-96 to begin legal proceedings of abatement under former Municipal Code Chapter 9.36 on the real property located at 928-942 Yuba Street, Redding, formerly owned by John P. Elmore and currently owned by William J. Hendrix. 2. The real property is more particularly described as Lots 3 and 4 in Block 100 as shown on the map of the Garden Subdivision recorded in the Of�ce of the County Recorder on April 5, 1939, in Book 5 of Maps at page 48, Shasta County Records. 3. The public nuisance identi�ed in the resolution has been abated by the current owner to the satisfaction of the Building Division. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council that the legal proceedings of abatement on the above property be discontinued; and that the City Clerk is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution, attested by the Clerk under seal, to be recorded in the oftice of the Shasta County Assessor/Recorder.
