RESOLLITION NO. 99-�
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REUUING RELEASING THE ABATEMENT PROCEEDINGS ON
PROPER'I'Y LOCATED AT 1029 VIEW AVENUE.
WHEREAS:
l. The City Council, on October 7''', 1997, adopted Resolution of [ntention 97-173 to begin legal
proceedings of abatement under former Municipal Code Chapter 9.36 on the real property located at 1029
View Avenue, Redding, currently owned by Emily and Brian Brady.
2. The real property is more particularly described in Exhibit A, made a part hereof by reference.
3. The public nuisance identified in the resolution has been abated by the current ��wner to the satisfaction
of tl�e B�iilding Divisio��.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City C<�uncil that the legal proceedings of
abatement on the ahove property be discontinued; and that the City Clerk is directed to cause a certified copy
of this resc�lution, attested by the Clerk under seal, to be recorded in Che office of the Shasta County
Assessor/Recorder.
