Council Member Michael Dacquisto participated by teleconference. All votes were taken by roll call. Also present were: City Manager Barry Tippin, City Attorney Barry E. DeWalt, City Clerk Pamela Mize, and Executive Assistant Joan Twomey. REGULAR CALENDAR • At the hour of 5:23 p.m., Mayor McElvain opened the Special Meeting. 3(a). Consider authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and the Mayor to sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Blue Plaid, LLC for property located at 5155 Venture Parkway. City Manager Barry Tippin provided an overview of the Report to the City Council (staff report), incorporated herein by reference. Mr. Tippin relayed that in the agenda and staff report the purchaser was inadvertently listed as Pace Engineering, Inc., and the correct buyer is Blue Plaid, LLCi ' City Clerk's Note: These Minutes have been corrected to reflect that the Purchase and Sale Agreement is with Blue Plaid, LLC instead of Pace Engineering, Inc. LA MOTION WAS MADE by Council Member Schreder, seconded by Council Member Winter, to authorize the City Manager to negotiate a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA)iwith Blue Plaid, LLC relative to City of Redding owned property located at 5155 Venture Parkway in Stillwater Business Park; authorize the Mayor to sign the PSA and other documents needed to transfer the property.
