Z�3� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING APPENDIX "A" TO REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 2.90 ENTITLED CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR DESIGNATED POSITIONS OF THE CITY. The City Council of the City of Redding does ordain as follows: Section 1. Redding Municipal Code Chapter 2.90 is amended by repealing Appendix "A" and adopting a new Appendix "A" to the Conflict of Interest Code, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 2. It has been determined that this matter is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause its publication according to law. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was introduced and read by the City Council at a regular meeting on the 5th day of September, 1995; and was duly read and adopted at a regular meeting on the 19th day of September, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: P. Such written determination shall include a description of the consultant's duties and, based upon that description, a statement of the extent of disclosure requirements.
