HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 2105 - Amending Title 18.06.020 a ORDINANCE NO. 2105 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING SECTION 18.06.020 OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-10-94) . The City Council of the City of Redding does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1. That the boundaries of the districts referred to in Section 18.06.020 of the Redding Municipal Code as designated on a Map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of Redding, California," dated March 19, 1956, are hereby altered as set forth on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by: REZONING: 375 and 381 Parkview Avenue FROM: "CO-15-F-FP" Office District with a 15 foot minimum front-yard setback, and Site Plan Review and Floodplain Combining Districts TO: "CO-F-FP" Office District, and Site Plan Review and Floodplain Combining Districts, with the site plan review criteria set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the project falls within a Class 5 categorical exemption in accordance with Section 15305 of the California Environmental Quality Act. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance, and cause its publication according to law. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 20th day of December, 1994; and was duly read and adopted on the 3rd day of January, 1995, at a regular meeting of the City Council by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: P. Minimum frontage shall be 90 feet, excluding flag lots with frontage of not less than 20 feet. 2. Minimum parcel size for office development or uses permitted by use permit shall be 15,000 square feet, unless two adjoining parcels utilize a single common driveway with access to Parkview Avenue. 3. No building or structure is to be constructed with a height exceeding 30 feet within 50 feet of the 100-year flood plain of the Sacramento River. No building or structure exceeding one story is to be constructed within 25 feet from the 100-year flood plain of the Sacramento River. 4. All street frontages exclusive of driveways or sidewalks shall be bordered by a planter area not less than 10 feet in depth. 5. The maximum building height shall be 30 feet or two stories, whichever is most restricted. 6. Existing mature trees shall be retained and incorporated into landscaping whenever feasible. Submitted site plans shall identify all existing trees 12 inches or larger in diameter at 4 feet above grade.
