HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2019-011 - Unrepresented Employees RESOLUTION NO. 2019-011 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE EMPLOYMENT AND BENEFIT POLICIES FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES AND EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 19, 2019 WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the Employment and Benefit Policies for Unrepresented Employees and the Executive Management Pay-for Performance Salary Plan be amended, effective February 19, 2019; and WHEREAS, a copy of the Employment and Benefit Policies for Unrepresented Employees is available for review in the office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Employment and Benefit Policies for Unrepresented Employees and the Executive Management Pay-for Performance Salary Plan be amended, effective February 19, 2019.
