A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING THE EMPLOYMENT AND BENEFIT POLICIES FOR
UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES AND EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY
19, 2019
WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the Employment and Benefit Policies for
Unrepresented Employees and the Executive Management Pay-for Performance Salary Plan be
amended, effective February 19, 2019; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the Employment and Benefit Policies for Unrepresented Employees
is available for review in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such
recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Employment and Benefit Policies for Unrepresented Employees and the Executive Management
Pay-for Performance Salary Plan be amended, effective February 19, 2019.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 19th day of February, 2019, by
the following vote:
