The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stegall with the following Council Members
present: Bosetti, Dickerson, Jones, and Murray.
Also present were City Manager Starman, Assistant City Manager Tippin, City Attorney
Duvernay, and Personnel Director Johnson.

At the hour of 6: 1 0 p.m., Mayor Stegall announced that the City Council would adjourn to
closed session to discuss the following:

At the hour of6:55 p.m., Mayor Stegall reconvened the Special Meeting to open session and
reported that with regard to the real property located at 711 and 733 Butte Street (APN s 102-
090-023 and 102-090-030) the City Council, by unanimous vote, authorized the City
Manager to make an offer and the Mayor to execute a Contract of Acquisition to acquire a
.158 acre waterline easement across the property from the McConnell Foundation in order
to facilitate the Butte Street Water Main Replacement Project. She stated the Contract of
Acquisition will be on file in the City Clerk's Office when said acquisition is complete.
With regard to the remaining items, she related that there was no reportable action taken.

There being no further business, at the hour of7 :00 p.m., Mayor Stegall declared the meeting
adjourned.
