Also present were City Manager Starman, Assistant City Manager Tippin, City Attorney Duvernay, and Personnel Director Johnson. At the hour of 6:15 p.m., Mayor Stegall announced that the City Council would adjourn to closed session to discuss the following: I Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8: CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property located at 685 Shasta View Drive Agency Negotiator: City Manager Starman Negotiating Parties: City of Redding and Columbia School District Under Negotiation: Price and Terms (C-070-200 & P-050) Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(3)(C): CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation Claim by Richard and Jacqueline Jindra re property at 460 E. Cypress Avenue (L-100) Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8: CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property located at 1390/1450 Buenaventura Boulevard (Assessor Parcel Numbers 104-730- 038 & -039) \ Agency Negotiator: City Manager Starman and Senior Redevelopment Project Coordinator Thompson Negotiating Parties: City of Redding and Marie and Mario Ferrero, and Julia Mangiantini Under Negotiation: Price and Terms (C-070-010) I Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6: CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR Designated Agency Representative: Linda Johnson Employee Organization: Local Union 1245 oflnternational Brotherhood of Electrical Workers AFL-CIO - Electric Employees (P-IOO-050-070) At the hour of 6:55 p.m., Mayor Stegall reconvened the Special Meeting to open session and reported that with regard to the anticipated litigation concerning Richard and Jacqueline Jindra re property at 460 E. Cypress Avenue, the City Council by unanimous vote authorized the City Attorney to initiate a settlement agreement which will be available for public review when executed by all parties. With regard to property negotiations for real property located at 1390/1450 Buenaventura Boulevard (Assessor Parcel Numbers 104-730-038 & -039) owned by Marie and Mario Ferrero, and Julia Mangiantini, the City Council unanimously agreed to accept the donation of uneconomic parcel remnants to facilitate trail development and future right-of-way from same. She stated that with regard to the remaining items, there was no reportable action taken. There being no further business, at the hour of7:00 p.m., Mayor Stegall declared the meeting adjourned.
