The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stegall with the following Council Members
present: Bosetti, Dickerson, Jones, and Murray.
Also present were City Manager Starman, Assistant City Manager Tippin, City Attorney
Duvernay, and Personnel Director Johnson.
At the hour of 6:15 p.m., Mayor Stegall announced that the City Council would adjourn to
closed session to discuss the following:

At the hour of 6:55 p.m., Mayor Stegall reconvened the Special Meeting to open session and
reported that with regard to the anticipated litigation concerning Richard and Jacqueline Jindra
re property at 460 E. Cypress Avenue, the City Council by unanimous vote authorized the City
Attorney to initiate a settlement agreement which will be available for public review when
executed by all parties. With regard to property negotiations for real property located at
1390/1450 Buenaventura Boulevard (Assessor Parcel Numbers 104-730-038 & -039) owned
by Marie and Mario Ferrero, and Julia Mangiantini, the City Council unanimously agreed to
accept the donation of uneconomic parcel remnants to facilitate trail development and future
right-of-way from same. She stated that with regard to the remaining items, there was no
reportable action taken.
There being no further business, at the hour of7:00 p.m., Mayor Stegall declared the meeting
adjourned.
