The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stegall with the following Council Members
present: Bosetti, Dickerson, Jones, and Murray.

Also present were City Manager Starman, Assistant City Manager Tippin, City Attorney
Duvernay, and Assistant City Attorney Frediani.
At the hour of 3 :45 p.m., Mayor Stegall announced that the City Council would adjourn to
closed session to discuss the following:

At the hour of 4:45 p.m., Mayor Stegall reconvened the Special Meeting to open session and
reported that with regard to the anticipated litigation, the City Council by unanimous vote
authorized the City Attorney to initiate litigation, ifnecessary, against certain parties and the
particulars of the case to be disclosed if official action is initiated. She stated that with
regard to the remaining items, there was no reportable action taken.
There being no further business, at the hour of 4:45 p.m., Mayor Stegall declared the meeting
adjourned.
