I Also present were City Manager Starman, Assistant City Manager Tippin, City Attorney Duvernay, and Assistant City Attorney Frediani. At the hour of 3 :45 p.m., Mayor Stegall announced that the City Council would adjourn to closed session to discuss the following: Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(c): CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiation of litigation One (1) case (L-100) Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(a): CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION Triangle Builders of Nevada, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, dba Deckade Advanced Decking Systems v. City of Redding, Shasta County Superior Court Case No. 161262 (L-100) I Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6: CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR Designated Agency Representative: Linda Johnson . Employee Organization: Local Union 1245 of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers AFL-CIO - Electric Employees (P-100-050-070) Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8: CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property located at 101/103/111 Kenyon Drive and 4601 Aloe Vera Drive Agency Negotiator: City Manager Starman Negotiating Parties: City of Redding and Signature-Northwest Under Negotiation: Price and Terms (C-070-200) . At the hour of 4:45 p.m., Mayor Stegall reconvened the Special Meeting to open session and reported that with regard to the anticipated litigation, the City Council by unanimous vote authorized the City Attorney to initiate litigation, ifnecessary, against certain parties and the particulars of the case to be disclosed if official action is initiated. She stated that with regard to the remaining items, there was no reportable action taken. There being no further business, at the hour of 4:45 p.m., Mayor Stegall declared the meeting adjourned.
