The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stegall with the following Council Members
present: Bosetti, Dickerson, Jones, and Murray.
Also present were City Manager Starman, City Attorney Duvernay, and Assistant City
Manager Tippin.

At the hour of 6: 15 p.m., Mayor Stegall announced that the City Council would adjourn to
closed session to discuss the following:

At the hour of 6:59 p.m., Mayor Stegall reconvened the Special Meeting to open session and
advised that with regard to the existing litigation with Neil and Marie Jones, the City Council
voted unanimously to accept an offer of settlement to purchase a right-of-way from Neil and
Marie Jones in the amount of $105,000 necessary for the construction of the South
Bonnyview Road Widening Project. With regard to the remaining items there was no
reportable action taken.
There being no further business, at the hour of7:00 p.m., Mayor Stegall declared the meeting
adjourned.
