Council Member Stegall was absent. Also present were City Manager Starman, City Attorney Duvernay, and Senior Redevelopment Project Coordinator Thompson. I At the hour of6:l5 p.m., Mayor Dickerson announced that the City Council would adjourn to closed session to discuss the following: Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property located on Rancho Road, Assessor's Parcel Nos. 054-440-016 and 054-440-066 Agency Negotiator: City Manager Starman and Senior Redevelopment Project Coordinator Thompson Negotiating Parties: City of Redding and Airport Rancho Industrial Park Partnership, a California General Partnership Under Negotiation: Price and Terms (C-070-010) . Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(a): CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION City of Redding v. Neil and Marie Jones, Shasta County Superior Court Case No. 160665 (L-100) I Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property located at 17120 Clear Creek Road (Assessor Parcel No. 208-170-003) and 2511 Henderson Road (Assessor Parcel No. 107-500-014) Agency Negotiator: City Manager Starman and Senior Redevelopment Project Coordinator Thompson Negotiating Parties: City of Redding and Redding Transit Mix, Inc. Under Negotiation: Price and Terms (C-070-0l0) Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property located at 875 Cypress Avenue (Assessor Parcel No.1 02-490-006) Agency Negotiator: City Manager Starman Negotiating Parties: City of Redding and State of California Under Negotiation: Price and Terms (C-070-010) At the hour of7:00 p.m., Mayor Dickerson reconvened the Special Meeting to open session and advised that with respect to Real Property located on Ranch Road, APNs 054-440-016 and 054-440-066, the City Council voted 3 to 1 (Council Member Jones opposed and Council Member Stegall was absent) to authorize the Mayor to execute a Contact of Acquisition to. acquire an easement of .12 acre from the Airport Rancho Industrial Park Partnership in the amount of $26,000 for right-of-way and related infrastructure at Airport Road and Rancho Road. He stated that with respect to the remaining items, there was no reportable action taken.
