The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dickerson with the following Council Members
present: Bosetti, Jones, and Murray. Council Member Stegall was absent.
Also present were City Manager Starman, City Attorney Duvernay, and Senior
Redevelopment Project Coordinator Thompson.

At the hour of6:l5 p.m., Mayor Dickerson announced that the City Council would adjourn
to closed session to discuss the following:

At the hour of7:00 p.m., Mayor Dickerson reconvened the Special Meeting to open session
and advised that with respect to Real Property located on Ranch Road, APNs 054-440-016
and 054-440-066, the City Council voted 3 to 1 (Council Member Jones opposed and
Council Member Stegall was absent) to authorize the Mayor to execute a Contact of
Acquisition to. acquire an easement of .12 acre from the Airport Rancho Industrial Park
Partnership in the amount of $26,000 for right-of-way and related infrastructure at Airport
Road and Rancho Road. He stated that with respect to the remaining items, there was no
reportable action taken.

There being no further business, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., Mayor Dickerson declared the
meeting adjourned.
