The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dickerson with the following Council Members
present: Bosetti, Jones, Murray, and Stegall.
Also present were City Manager Starman and City Attorney Duvernay.

At the hour of 6:30 p.m., Mayor Dickerson announced that the City Council would adjourn to
closed session to discuss the following:
Closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Property located on the south portion of S1. Andrews Drive (:!: 15,792 square feet) in the
Gold Hills Subdivision

At the hour of7:00 p.m., Mayor Dickerson reconvened the Special Meeting to open session
and advised there was no reportable action taken.
There being no further business, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., Mayor Dickerson declared the
meeting adjourned.
