Also present were City Manager Starman, City Attorney Duvernay, Assistant City Manager I Bachman, Personnel Director Johnson, and Senior Redevelopment Project Coordinator Dent. At the hour of 6:15 p.m., Mayor Murray announced that the City Council would adjourn to closed session to discuss the following: Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6: CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR Designated Agency Representative: Personnel Director Johnson Employee Organization: Local Union 1245 of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) AFL-CIO - Electric Employees (P-I00-050-070) Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8: CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property located Assessor's Parcel No. 108-080-047 and portions of 108-080-049, -050 at the southeast comer of Buenaventura Boulevard and Wests ide Road Agency Negotiator: City Manager Starman and Senior Redevelopment Project Coordinator Dent Negotiating parties: City of Redding , Redding Redevelopment Agency, and Redding Primary Care Medical Group, Inc. dba Hilltop Medical Center Under negotiation: Price and Terms I (C-070-01O) Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6: CONFERF.:NCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR Designated Agency R~presentative: Personnel Director Johnson Employee Organization: Local Union 1934 of International Association of Fire Fighters - AFL-CIO (P-I00-050-050) At the hour of7:00 p.m., Mayor Murray reconvened the Special Meeting to open session and advised that there was no reportable action taken.
