Also present were City Manager Warren, Assistant City Manager Starman, Deputy City Manager Bachman, and City Attorney Duvernay. I At the hour of 5 :45 p.m., Mayor Murray announced that the City Council would adjourn to closed session to discuss the following: Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(a): CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION Wilson v. City of Redding, et al. (Dry Gulch), Shasta County Superior Court, Case No. 153132 (L-lOO) Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8: CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property identified as Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 101-660-027 located at 1795 Pine Street Agency Negotiator: Assistant City Manager Starman Negotiating parties: City of Redding and Habitat for Humanity Shasta Cascade Under negotiation: Price and Terms (C-070-01O) Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(a): CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION Davaris v. City of Redding, Shasta County Superior Court, Case No. 148084 (L-lOO) I Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8: CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property identified as Assessor Parcel Number 054-240-00 1 located east of Stillwater Creek Agency Negotiator: Deputy City Manager Bachman Negotiating parties: City of Redding and Morris Wayne Smith Under negotiation: Price and Terms (C-070-01O) At the hour of7 :00 p.m., Mayor Murray reconvened the Special Meeting to open session and advised that there was no reportable action taken.
