The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mathena with the following Council Members
present: Dickerson, Murray, Pohlmeyer, and Stegall.

Also present were City Attorney Warren, Assistant City Manager Perry, Assistant City
Manager Starman, and City Attorney Duvernay. '
At the hour of 6: 15 p.m., Mayor Mathena announced that the City Council would adjourn
to closed session to discuss the following:

CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Property identified as Assessor Parcel Number 055-250-15, approximately 64 acres of real
property located on Riverland Drive west ofInterstate 5 Freeway, south of Clover Road and
north of the Sacramento River

At the hour of7:00 p.m., Mayor Mathena reconvened the Special Meeting to open session
and advised that there was no reportable action taken with the exception of the matter
involving anticipated litigation. He reported that by unanimous vote, the City Council
authorized legal counsel to intervene, if deemed prudent, in pending litigation referenced
above.

There being no further business, at the hour of7:00 p.m., Mayor Mathena declared the
meeting adjourned.
