City Council, Special Meeting

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pohlmeyer with the following Council Members
present: Cibula, Kight, Mathena and Stegall.

Also present were City Manager Warren, Assistant City Manager Perry, Assistant City
Manager Starman, Deputy City Manager Bachman, and Assistant City Attorney DeWalt.
At the hour of 5:45 p.m., Mayor Pohlmeyer announced that the City Council would adjourn
to closed session to discuss the following:

and disclosed that with regard to the item concerning Public Employment, he and Council
Member Mathena w~re appointed to a City Council subcommittee to assist in the recruitment
of a new City Attorney. He advised that there was no reportable action on the remainder of
the items.

There being no further business, at the hour of 7 :05 p.m., Mayor Pohlmeyer declared the
meeting adjourned.
