City Council, Special Meeting

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cibula with the following Council Members
present: Kight, Mathena, Pohlmeyer, and Stegall.

Also present were City Manager Warren, Assistant City Manager Perry, Deputy City
Manager Starman, City Attorney Fuller, and outside Legal Counsel Wingate.
At the hour of 6: 15 p.m., Mayor Cibula announced that the City Council would adjourn to
closed session to discuss the following:

At the hour of 6:58 p.m., Mayor Cibula reconvened the Special Meeting to open session
reporting that direction was given to the negotiator with regard to 2410 Sonoma Street and
2235 College View Drive, and negotiation with George, Christopher, and Demetra Kutras
was continued to a future meeting.

There being no further business, at the hour of6:59 p.m., Mayor Cibula declared the meeting
adjourned.
