City Council, Special Meeting
Civic Center Council Chambers

The meeting was called to order by Mayor McGeorge with the following Council Members
present: Cibula, Kight, Pohlmeyer, and Stegall.
Also present were: City Manager Warren, Assistant City Manager Perry, Deputy City
Manager Starman, City Attorney Wingate, Assistant City Attorney Tranberg, Administrative
Services Director Bachman, and Personnel Manager Johnson.
At the hour of 6:30 p.m., Mayor McGeorge announced that the City Council would adjourn
to closed session to discuss the following:
Closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Proposed sale of City-owned surplus property located at 2425 and 2420 Sonoma Street
Negotiating party: Assistant City Manager Phil Perry
Under consideration: Establish price

Employee Organization: Redding Employees Organization of the Service Employees
International Union (SEIU) Clerical, Technical and Professional Employees' Unit and

Mayor McGeorge reconvened the meeting to regular session at the hour of 7:00 p.m. He
stated that no reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., Mayor McGeorge declared the
meeting adjourned.
