A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-
FOR-PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN, EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 5, 2017
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that the Executive Management Pay-for Performance
Salary Plan be amended modifying the Planning Manager title to Planning/Community Development
Manager, adding the new position of Personnel Manager with a monthly salary range of $4923-
$7828, and modifying the Secretary to the City Manager title to Executive Assistant to the City
Manager to implement the City Manager's organizational re-structuring, effective November 5,
2017; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such
recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Executive Management Pay-For-Performance Salary Plan be amended modifying the Planning
Manager title to Planning/Community Development Manager,adding the new position of Personnel
Manager with a monthly salary range of $4923-$7828, and modifying the Secretary to the City
Manager title to Executive Assistant to the City Manager to implement the City Manager's
organizational re-structuring, effective November 5, 2017.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th day of November, 2017, by the
following vote:
