April 4, 2017, 5:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Brent Weaver with the following Council
Members present: Adam McElvain, Kristen Schreder, Francie Sullivan, and Julie Winter.
Also present were City Manager Kurt Starman, City Attorney Barry E. DeWalt, Deputy City
Manager Greg Clark, City Clerk Pamela Mize, and Executive Assistant Sharlene Tipton.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 5:01 p.m., Mayor Weaver opened the Special Meeting and announced that the
Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
At the hour of 5:54 p.m., Mayor Weaver reconvened the Special Meeting to Open Session
and reported that in reference to:
