RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 70
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION
RUSH CREEK COURT AND RISING RIVER COURT IN UNIT 2 OF
THE COPPER CREEK SUBDIVISION (aka RANCHO ESTATES
SUBDIVISION).
WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in Unit 2 of the Copper Creek
Subdivision(aka. Rancho Estates Subdivision); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the recommendation of the Director of Public Works
that Rush Creek Court and Rising River Court in Unit 2 of the Copper Creek Subdivision (aka. Rancho
Estates Subdivision) be accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City;
NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council, pursuant to the authority provided
in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, that Rush Creek Court and Rising River Court
in Unit 2 of the Copper Creek Subdivision(aka.Rancho Estates Subdivision)—as shown on the map attached
hereto and incorporated by reference—are accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation
by the City.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 17ttday of April , 2001, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Cibula, Kight, Pohlmeyer, Stegall and McGeorge
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
